You Spend So Much Time Supporting Your Teen. Who's Supporting You?
A small-group coaching experience for moms raising preteens and teens who want less conflict, more confidence, and a stronger connection with their kids.
You don't need another person telling you how to parent. You need practical tools, a fresh perspective, and somewhere to talk honestly about what's happening at home.

You Love Your Teen. But Some Days, Parenting Feels Exhausting.
You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, and tried the parenting strategies. Yet somehow you're still wondering what to do when things get difficult.
Every Conversation Turns Into a Battle
You ask a simple question, and suddenly you're arguing about attitude, respect, or why nobody listens.
You're Second-Guessing Yourself
Should you hold the boundary, let it go, say something, or give them space? You keep questioning your decisions.
The Worry Follows You Everywhere
Friends, school, phones, motivation, mental health, and the future. Your brain is always working on a problem that may not even be yours to solve.
You Miss Enjoying Your Teen
You love them fiercely, but you miss the laughter, connection, and ordinary moments that aren't about correcting something.
Sometimes the person who needs more support isn't just your teen. It's you, too.
You Don't Need to Become a Different Mom.
You need a better understanding of what's happening, practical ways to respond, and the confidence to trust yourself again.
Instead of...
- Reacting from fear or frustration
- Repeating the same arguments
- Managing every decision your teen makes
- Feeling responsible for every emotion
- Second-guessing every boundary
We Work Toward...
- Responding with greater intention
- Communicating with more clarity
- Supporting independence and responsibility
- Staying connected without absorbing everything
- Setting boundaries with more confidence
The goal isn't to control your teenager. It's to feel more capable being their parent.
Six Weeks of Practical Coaching, Perspective, and Support.
This isn't a class where I talk for 75 minutes while everyone politely takes notes. It's a place to learn, practice, ask questions, and work through real parenting challenges.
Weekly Live Coaching
Six interactive, 75-minute group sessions where we explore adolescent development, learn practical strategies, and discuss real family situations.
One Private Session With Ashley
A dedicated one-on-one session to discuss something personal, complicated, or simply something you'd rather work through privately.
A Small Community
Limited to ten families so there is room for meaningful conversation, individualized guidance, and the reassuring realization that you're not the only one navigating this.
Tools for Real Life
Practical exercises, communication strategies, and reflection tools that you can use between sessions in the situations you're already experiencing.
What Might We Work On?
Each cohort follows a coaching framework while making room for the challenges parents bring into the group.
Because Sometimes You Don't Need Another Parenting Book.
"Okay, here's what happened last night. What do I do now?"
You need somewhere to ask that question without embarrassment, get practical guidance, and hear from other moms who understand.
This Is Coaching, Not a Competition for Who Has the Hardest Teenager.
We share experiences, learn from one another, and practice seeing situations differently. No perfect parenting required.
And sometimes, hearing another mom say "Wait, your kid does that too?" is a pretty wonderful place to begin.
Your co-parent or partner is welcome to participate, too, at no additional cost.

Hi, I'm Ashley.
I'm Ashley Radzat, a parent and teen coach, California credentialed educator, Certified California Wellness Coach, and Master Certified Life Coach.
I've spent more than twenty years working with children, teens, parents, and families. I've also raised two daughters of my own.
For years, I taught middle school. Which means teenagers don't particularly scare me. I actually really like them.
What I've learned is that parents often care so deeply that knowing when to step in, when to step back, and how to stay connected becomes incredibly complicated.
My goal isn't to turn you into a perfect mom. It's to help you trust yourself more and enjoy your relationship with your teen.
What Parents Have Shared
"She helps you remember what's most important with and for your child. She is a breath of fresh air."
— Katy"Each week she offered fresh insights and perspectives that led to a deeper connection with my son."
— SuzanneA Few Things You Might Be Wondering
Do I need to have a major parenting problem?
Not at all. The group is for moms who want practical guidance, greater confidence, and support navigating adolescence. You don't need to be in crisis.
Does my teen attend the group?
No. This group is for parents. You can make meaningful changes in your parenting approach even if your teen isn't participating in coaching.
What if I'm uncomfortable sharing?
You can participate at a level that feels comfortable. Sharing is encouraged but never forced. We also establish group privacy expectations. As with any group setting, other participants cannot be guaranteed to keep information confidential.
Where do the sessions take place?
Group sessions are held live online via Zoom, so moms can participate from different locations. Your included private session is scheduled separately, with in-person or virtual arrangements discussed as appropriate.
When is the next cohort?
Group coaching runs in scheduled cohorts throughout the year. Dates and availability are shared when enrollment opens. You can apply to express interest in an upcoming group.
What if I need more private support?
One individual session is included. If you need more intensive support, we can discuss whether private family coaching would be a better fit.
